How To Make melted snowmen cookies

  • Step 1
Preheat oven to temperature on refrigerator sugar cookie dough package.
  • Step 2
Roll out the dough using a rolling pin and flour.
  • Step 3
Cut out odd shaped cookies using a sharp knife. Or use a cookie cutter. Bake according to package directions. Remove from oven and let cool.
  • Step 4
Make a batch of Wilton's icing. https://www.justapinch.com/recipe/jodie57/wiltons-royal-icing/cake?k=Wilton+icing&p=6&o=r You mostly need white, but make desired colors for faces, scarfs, ties, and bows. Make black for eyes, mouths, buttons and arms/hands. Make orange for carrot noses.
  • Step 5
Put white frosting on the odd shaped cookies. Place a whole (or cut in half cross-ways) marshmallow on the cookies. Let set. Put the remaining embellishments on.... when done they look like melted snowmen! *** You can make a thin glaze type of icing and pour over marshmallow and frosted cookie for a more melted effect.
