This recipe was given to me by a lady at church. I never really cared for fruitcake..but these are easy & AWESOME!

Ingredients

2 cups shredded coconut
2 cups chopped pecans
1 cup chopped candied red cherries
1 can sweetened condensed milk
8 ounces chopped dates
1 cup dried apricots, chopped

How To Make magic fruitcake cookies

Step 1

Mix all ingredients well & wet your hands with water. Take about a tablespoon of the mixture & roll into small balls then smash flat onto parchment paper. ONLY USE PARCHMENT PAPER NOT FOIL!!!!

Step 2

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook till hot through & take out. Cool & remove. These are like chewy candy cookies. YUMMY!
