This recipe was given to me by a lady at church. I never really cared for fruitcake..but these are easy & AWESOME!

  • 2 c
    shredded coconut
  • 2 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 c
    chopped candied red cherries
  • 1 can(s)
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz
    chopped dates
  • 1 c
    dried apricots, chopped

How to Make Magic Fruitcake Cookies


  1. Mix all ingredients well & wet your hands with water. Take about a tablespoon of the mixture & roll into small balls then smash flat onto parchment paper. ONLY USE PARCHMENT PAPER NOT FOIL!!!!
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook till hot through & take out. Cool & remove. These are like chewy candy cookies. YUMMY!
