1 cbutter, softened room temperature
1 1/2 cbrown sugar, packed
2eggs, room temperature
2 tspvanilla extract
1/2 tspalmond extract
3 call purpose flour
1/2 tspbaking soda
2 cwhite chocolate chips, i use ghirardelli
1/2 cflaked coconut opt.
2 cmacadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
How to Make White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies
- Preheat oven to 350º.
Cream together butter and sugars until combined well scraping down the sides. Add vanilla extract and the eggs, one at a time. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, salt, and baking soda. Slowly the dry ingredients to the mixer and mix well, fold in the white chocolate chips and the macadamia nuts.
Drop dough by teaspoonful’s onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a golden brown.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly golden. Bake 2-3 minute longer for a crunchier cookie.
