I have tried other pie fillings but, they don't work out quite as well. You can use the large package of lemon cook and serve pudding but, it's no longer low fat....just really good!

How to Make Low Fat Lemon Bars

Step-by-Step

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350. Coat 9 x 13 pan with non-stick butter spray.
  2. Combine both ingredients and beat on medium speed until lumps are gone.
  3. Bake 25 minutes or until the top just starts to get a little brown. Cool about 20 minutes. Cut into bars and serve. Store in refridgerator.
