How to Make Low Fat Lemon Bars
- 1Pre-heat oven to 350. Coat 9 x 13 pan with non-stick butter spray.
- 2Combine both ingredients and beat on medium speed until lumps are gone.
- 3Bake 25 minutes or until the top just starts to get a little brown. Cool about 20 minutes. Cut into bars and serve. Store in refridgerator.
