low fat lemon bars

I have tried other pie fillings but, they don't work out quite as well. You can use the large package of lemon cook and serve pudding but, it's no longer low fat....just really good!

- 1 box angel food cake mix-any brand
- 1 can lemon pie filling
How To Make low fat lemon bars

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 350. Coat 9 x 13 pan with non-stick butter spray.

Step 2Combine both ingredients and beat on medium speed until lumps are gone.

Step 3Bake 25 minutes or until the top just starts to get a little brown. Cool about 20 minutes. Cut into bars and serve. Store in refridgerator.
