low carb/high protein peanut butter cookies

I got this recipe from my beautiful friend, Jennifer. If you are watching your carb intake or on a high protein diet, this cookie is the best to keep your sweet tooth satisfied without the guilt.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter, crunchy
  • 1 1/3 cups splenda
  • 1 large egg

How To Make low carb/high protein peanut butter cookies

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Drop in walnut-size balls on a greased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 degrees x 11 min.
  • Step 4
    Allow cookies to sit for about 5 min. before removing from baking sheet. Enjoy!!!
