  • 1 1/3 c
  • 1 large

How to Make Low Carb/High Protein Peanut Butter Cookies


  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Drop in walnut-size balls on a greased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees x 11 min.
  4. Allow cookies to sit for about 5 min. before removing from baking sheet. Enjoy!!!
