I got this recipe from my beautiful friend, Jennifer. If you are watching your carb intake or on a high protein diet, this cookie is the best to keep your sweet tooth satisfied without the guilt.

Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter, crunchy
- 1 1/3 cups splenda
- 1 large egg
How To Make low carb/high protein peanut butter cookies

Step 1Mix all ingredients.

Step 2Drop in walnut-size balls on a greased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees x 11 min.

Step 4Allow cookies to sit for about 5 min. before removing from baking sheet. Enjoy!!!
