Ingredients

1 c
peanut butter, crunchy
1 1/3 c
splenda
1 large
egg

How to Make Low Carb/High Protein Peanut Butter Cookies

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all ingredients.
  • 2Drop in walnut-size balls on a greased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork.
  • 3Bake at 350 degrees x 11 min.
  • 4Allow cookies to sit for about 5 min. before removing from baking sheet. Enjoy!!!
