- - 1 lb butter
- - 1 cup icing sugar (confectioner’s sugar)
- - 1 1/4 cup cornstarch
- - 3 cups flour

Step 1Cream Butter and sugar, mix in 1/2 cornstarch and flour, kneed on floured board, add remaining flour and cornstarch. Press onto baking sheet prick with a fork. Bake at 300 for about an 1 hour, Cool and cut into squares Enjoy
