Ingredients For linzer thumbprint cookies

  • 2/3 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    per cookie of raspberry preserves
  • toasted sliced almonds

How To Make linzer thumbprint cookies

  • 1
    Prepare and bake as directed for basic thumbprint cookies that i have posted except omit eggs white and walnuts . Place 2/3 cups powdered sugar in a large plastic bag. Add cooled cookies; shake off excess powdered sugar, Fill each thumbprint with about 1/2/teaspoon of raspberry preserves, top off with toasted sliced almonds
