lemony crisps cookies
This recipe is from Pillsbury. I love the flavor of lemon and the cookie is crispy which I also like.

Ingredients
- 1 box pillsbury moist supreme lemon prem. cake mix
- 1/3 cup crisco oil
- 2 - eggs
- 1/4 cup splenda
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
- - yellow colored sugar
How To Make lemony crisps cookies

Step 1heat oven to 375

Step 2in large bowl combine cake mix, oil and eggs. stir with spoon mixing well

Step 3shape dough into 1" balls, 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

Step 4place splenda in shallow dish, dip bottom of glass in sugar and press cookies flat. about 1/4" thick.

Step 5bake 5 to 7 minutes.

Step 6in small bowl combine powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. drizzle over cookies and sprinkle with yellow sprinkles if desired.
