Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 3/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 stick
    butter, unsalted, room temperature
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 large
    egg
  • 2
    lemons, zested
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    lemon extract
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 12 oz
    white chocolate chips

How to Make Lemon Cream Cheese White Choc Chip Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. In mixing bowl, cream butter, cream cheese, both sugars, lemon peel, lemon juice extract
  2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt
  3. Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture. Mix well. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  5. Drop dough by tablespoon about 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 for 7 - 9 minutes or until lightly browned. Put on wire racks to cool
