Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick butter, unsalted, room temperature
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 - lemons, zested
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
- 12 ounces white chocolate chips

Step 1In mixing bowl, cream butter, cream cheese, both sugars, lemon peel, lemon juice extract

Step 2Combine flour, baking soda and salt

Step 3Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture. Mix well. Fold in white chocolate chips.

Step 4Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Step 5Drop dough by tablespoon about 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 for 7 - 9 minutes or until lightly browned. Put on wire racks to cool
