all purpose flour
3/4 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
1 stick
butter, unsalted, room temperature
8 oz
cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c
1 large
lemons, zested
1 1/2 tsp
lemon extract
1 Tbsp
lemon juice, fresh
12 oz
white chocolate chips

How to Make Lemon Cream Cheese White Choc Chip Cookies


  • 1In mixing bowl, cream butter, cream cheese, both sugars, lemon peel, lemon juice extract
  • 2Combine flour, baking soda and salt
  • 3Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture. Mix well. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  • 4Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • 5Drop dough by tablespoon about 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 for 7 - 9 minutes or until lightly browned. Put on wire racks to cool
