Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 stick butter, unsalted, room temperature
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 - lemons, zested
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips

How To Make lemon cream cheese white choc chip cookies

  • Step 1
    In mixing bowl, cream butter, cream cheese, both sugars, lemon peel, lemon juice extract
  • Step 2
    Combine flour, baking soda and salt
  • Step 3
    Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture. Mix well. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  • Step 4
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Step 5
    Drop dough by tablespoon about 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 for 7 - 9 minutes or until lightly browned. Put on wire racks to cool
