Ingredients
- 2 cups margarine or butter, softened..i use butter
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice concentrate
- 4 cups unsifted flour
- - finely chopped nuts, assorted preserves
How To Make lemon blossom cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degree

Step 2In a large mixing bowl, beat margarine or butter and sugar until fluffy. Add lemon juice; beat well. Gradually add flour; mix well. Chill 2 hours.

Step 3Shape into 1 - in balls; roll in nuts if desired. Place 1 inch apart on greased baking sheet. Press thumb in center of each ball; fill with preserves.

Step 4Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until lightly browned.
