How to Make Laurie's Chocolate Chip Graham Cracker Cookies
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Mix graham crackers, flour and baking powder in small bowl. Beat Eagle brand and softened butter until smooth. Add cracker mix. Stir in coconut, chips and pecans.
- Drop on untreated cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
