Ingredients
- 1 6-oz packages semi-sweet chocolate pieces (1 cup)
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped
How To Make kris kringles

Step 1In saucepan, melt chocolate and margarine, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Cool to lukewarm.

Step 2Beat in egg till smooth and glossy.

Step 3Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and dash of salt; mix well.

Step 4Stir in coconut and peanuts. Chill.

Step 5Form into 10 inch long roll. Wrap in a wax paper and chill several hours or overnight.

Step 6Slice 1/4 inch thick.
