Joan's Magnificent Macaroons

Linda James

This recipe is so quick and easy to make, and really delicious. My dearest friend gave me this recipe many years ago. Sometimes she would add a little of the juice from the maraschino cherry jar to tint the cookies pink or green. When she made them green, she called them Grinch cookies!
