jewish cookies
It was the 60's and every year my mom made these for Christmas. They are good and yes a whole box of brown sugar! I would say that they taste like a blondie. I found the recipe recently just in time for the holidays. It's been over 32 years since I tasted one. I hope you enjoy them.

How To Make jewish cookies

Step 2Add flour, salt, cinnamon to wet mixture and mix well.
-
Step 3Add vanilla and pecans and mix. Pour into an 8" cookie sheet.
-
Step 4Bake on 350 for 20-25 min. Until golden brown.
-
Step 5While still hot cut into squares. Mix 2 cups of powered sugar with cream and pour over bars. Let dry and take out of pan.
