How to Make Jew Cookies
- Beat eggs, add sugar and cream well (personally, I did not use the whole box of brown sugar. I loosely filled 2 cups.)
- Add flour, salt, cinnamon to wet mixture and mix well.
- Add vanilla and pecans and mix. Pour into an 8" cookie sheet.
- Bake on 350 for 20-25 min. Until golden brown.
- While still hot cut into squares. Mix 2 cups of powered sugar with cream and pour over bars. Let dry and take out of pan.
