jackie's famous big chocolate chunk cookies
I came up with this recipe a couple of years ago. Everyone raves about these especially when I make enough to take to my work. Everyone says they are better than bakery bought! You could use different types of pudding mix to create your own masterpiece. I hope you and your family will enjoy this as much as mine do.

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter or margarine melted
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, light
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 package 3.5 oz instant vanilla pudding
- 1 - egg
- 1 - egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
- 1/2 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chunks or chips

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Step 2Combine melted butter or margarine and sugars. Add the pudding mix, egg and yolk, vanilla and corn syrup.

Step 3In another bowl combine all the dry ingredients. Add to the batter little at a time just until blended. Don't mix too much or the cookies will turn out too tough. Fold in the chocolate chunks.

Step 4Scoop onto lightly sprayed cookie sheets using a 1/4 measuring cup. Six cookies per sheet is recommended. Bake for 16-18 minutes or until lightly browned.
