Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 package chocolate pudding, instant (3.9 ounces)
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup marshmallows, mini

How To Make hot chocolate cookies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2

Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Step 3

Cream together butter and sugars.
Step 4

Add eggs, one at a time.
Step 5

Add vanilla and mix well.
Step 6

Add flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix well.
Step 7

Add chocolate pudding.
Step 8

Fold in chocolate chips and marshmallows.
Step 9

Place 'golf ball' size dough on cookie sheet. Don't roll too firmly and make sure marshmallows are inside and not visible.
Step 10

Bake 12-15 minutes.
Step 11

Cool on cookie sheet 2 minutes.
Step 12

Cool on wire rack.
Step 13
