These taste just like the Little Debbie version only better because they are fresh! I always double the filling for the middle...cause who doesn't love creamy fillings?

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups quick oatmeal
- 14 ounces marshmallow cream
- 1 cup shortening
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make homemade little debbie oatmeal cream pies

Step 1Cream butter, brown sugar, white sugar, molasses, vanilla, and eggs.

Step 2Combine flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.

Step 3Add to your creamed ingredients and stir in the oatmeal.

Step 4Put tbls. sized drops of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Step 5Give plenty of room between each one as they will spread.

Step 6Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.

Step 7You want them just brown on the edges and still soft.

Step 8Do not overbake.

Step 9For filling:

Step 10Mix marshmallow cream, shortening, powdered sugar, and vanilla on high speed until light and fluffy.

Step 11Spread filling on underside of one cookie and top with another.
