Ingredients
- 1/2 cup low-fat creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup all-bran cereal
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
How To Make healthy peanut butter cookies

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Place parchment paper down on baking sheets. In bowl, cream peanut butter, butter brown sugar, sugar, egg and vanilla until fluffy.

Step 2In another bowl, stir together flour,and baking soda. Mix flour mix into peanut butter mix. Stir in cereal, carrots and nuts.

Step 3Form dough into 1" balls. Place balls onto baking sheets, flatten balls w/ a fork. Place 2" apart. bake 10-12 mins, or until light brown.
