Ingredients

1-3/4 call purpose flour

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/4 cunsweetened applesauce

3 Tbspbutter, room temp.

1/2 cpacked light brown sugar
-
1/2 creduced-fat smooth peanut butter
-
1/4 cegg beaters
-
1/2 tspvanilla
-
1/3 cplus 3 tbsp honey roasted peanuts, chopped
How to Make Healthy peanut butter cookies
- Heat oven to 350. Lay parchment paper onto 2 cookie sheets. In bowl, combine flour and baking soda.
- In bowl, w/ mixer on medium,beat applesauce and butter until combined. Beat in brown sugar until creamy. Beat in peanut butter, egg beaters and vanilla until combined.
- Beat in flour mix, then beat in 1/3 cup peanuts. Drop by tbsp-fulls 3"-apart onto baking sheets. Flatten into 2" rounds. Sprinkle dough w/ 3 tbsp peanuts, pressing into dough. Bake 8 mins, or until lightly browned
