- 1-3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 3 tablespoons butter, room temp.
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 cup egg beaters
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup plus 3 tbsp honey roasted peanuts, chopped
How To Make healthy peanut butter cookies

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Lay parchment paper onto 2 cookie sheets. In bowl, combine flour and baking soda.

Step 2In bowl, w/ mixer on medium,beat applesauce and butter until combined. Beat in brown sugar until creamy. Beat in peanut butter, egg beaters and vanilla until combined.

Step 3Beat in flour mix, then beat in 1/3 cup peanuts. Drop by tbsp-fulls 3"-apart onto baking sheets. Flatten into 2" rounds. Sprinkle dough w/ 3 tbsp peanuts, pressing into dough. Bake 8 mins, or until lightly browned
