I LOVE LOVE LOVE these cookies and had to share with you all. Just 3 ingredients, gluten free, egg free and only 1 point each on WW!!I am so hooked!! Enjoy!!

Ingredients
- 2 medium very ripe bananas
- 1 cup quick oats (not rolled)
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
How To Make healthy cookies

Step 1Mash the bananas really well, add the oatmeal and mix in til well blended. Fold in the nuts. Drop by tablespoon on parchment covered cookie sheet.I make 16 of these and i do fool around with it to get 16 Bake exactly 15 mins at 350 degrees

Step 2* In the recipe above I added 1/4 cup of organic semi-sweet chocolate chips...it doesn't change the point value. you can also use your imagination and add other seasonings like cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, other nuts....whatever. I also have doubled this recipe. I LOVE THESE COOKIES. Nice and chewy!!
