Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 1/4 cups rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons honey or pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch salt
How To Make healthy banana-blueberry cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Step 3Mix all ingredients together and spoon onto the parchment in the size and shape of a standard cookie.

Step 4Bake for 15-20 minutes. (This takes 20 in my oven.)

Step 5Remove from oven and let cool in pan for ten minutes, then remove to a rack to completely cool.

Step 6Enjoy for a healthy snack that will satisfy any sweet tooth!
