Hazelnut Crunchers

Ingredients

1/2 cunsalted butter, softened

1/2 cpacked light brown sugar

1/3 csugar
-
1 largeegg
-
1/2 tspvanilla
-
1 c+ 2 t. flour
-
1/2 tspbaking soda
-
1 pinchsalt
-
1 cchopped hazelnuts
-
1 cwhite chocolate chips (optional)
How to Make Hazelnut Crunchers
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and both sugars. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
- In a small separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture and blend well. Fold in chopped hazelnuts (and chips if desired.)
