  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup nacadamia nuts, finely chopped and toasted
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped candied pineapple
  • - additional powdered sugar

How To Make hawaiian wedding cake cookies

  • Step 1
    Cream butter, powdered sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Stir in flour and mix well. Stir in nuts and pineapple. Shape into 1-inch balls; place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 14-16 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire rack to cool completely. Roll in addirional powdered sugar. Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
