Ingredients

  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 large
    egg
  • 2/3 c
    sugar
  • 1
    single serving packet motts dry apple cider
  • 1/3 c
    pecans, in pieces
  • 1/4 c
    raisins
  • 1/4 c
    sesame seeds
  • 1/4 c
    sunflower seeds
  • 3 Tbsp
    bee pollen granules
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 c
    flour (if glutin free use spelt flour i did)

How to Make Harvest Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. beat egg, butter, sugar and vanilla together then add baking powder, bee pollen, Motts apple cider dry pack and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add flour, nuts, raisins and seeds. Mix well. Make a roll and break of chunks into 36 pieces.
  3. Bake 12 minutes in a preheated 350 degrees oven.
