I've been making these bourbon balls at Christmas for years, I found this recipe in my Grandma's old recipes when I inherited her recipe collection.

Ingredients

1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup pecans, finely chopped
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 1/2 tablespoons white corn syrup
1/4 cup bourbon, rum, or spiced rum
- powdered sugar

How To Make grandma's bourbon balls

Step 1

Combine dry ingredients.

Step 2

Blend bourbon and corn syrup.
Step 3

Mix all ingredients.
Step 4

Shape into 1 inch balls.
Step 5

Roll in powdered sugar.
Step 6

Refrigerate.
