glutin free cookies
These cookies are crispy on the outside and soft inside. These are made with Spelt flour so they are glutin free. So yummy. Sorry for the caramelly picture the lighting over our kitchen isn't great

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- BEAT TO GETHER THEN ADD
- 2 cups spelt flour
- 1/2 cup crasins
- 1/2 cup assorted chips (i use chocolate, choc olate mint and peanut butter)
How To Make glutin free cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Beat together first 6 ingredients, add spelt flour mixing well. then add crasins and chips.

Step 2Drop by spoonfuls onto a bakers secret cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes until lightly brown.
