dash of salt
1 1/3 cflaked coconut
How To Make gluten free coconut macaroon cookies
1Beat egg whites with salt and vanilla until soft peaks form.
2Gradually add sugar; beating till stiff. Fold in coconut.
3Drop by rounded teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet.
4Bake in a preheated 325F oven for 20 minutes.
