- 2 - egg whites
- - dash of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
How To Make gluten free coconut macaroon cookies

Step 1Beat egg whites with salt and vanilla until soft peaks form.

Step 2Gradually add sugar; beating till stiff. Fold in coconut.

Step 3Drop by rounded teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet.

Step 4Bake in a preheated 325F oven for 20 minutes.
