Sherry sent me this recipe of Rosemary's for the family cookbook, and said baking time was a guess, and wasn't sure if you could even still find Fluffo! Fluffo was available in the US when Rosemary would have baked, but no longer. It was a butter flavor shortening stick, so I might try Crisco Butter Flavored in the sticks. My cousin Robin and I were thinking Marshmallow Cream/Fluff, boy would that have been a messy dough! LOL

- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup fluffo (substitute butter flavor crisco sticks)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon powder

Step 1375 degree oven. If desired, sprinkle colored sugars on cookie prior to baking.

Step 2I would suggest maybe 8-10 minutes to bake, however, check 1st batch and adjust accordingly.
