flourless peanut butter chocolate chip bacon cookies
Yes you read that right BACON in a cookie. Until a month ago would've thought you crazy had you mentioned adding bacon to a cookie. Being gluten intolerant had to find a twist to the recipes out there for this same cookie. This one is simple to do and quite tasty.

Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter, creamy
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 3 slices bacon, cooked
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make flourless peanut butter chocolate chip bacon cookies

Step 1Preheat oven 350. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Crumble cooked bacon put aside.

Step 2Combine all ingredients including the crumbled bacon. Drop a teaspoonful of dough spaced 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheet. Press down with fork lightly.

Step 3Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350. Cookies are done when they begin to brown around edges. Remove from cookie sheet to cool.
