I love the combination of pumpkin and chocolate. These cookies are so easy, moist, and disappear fast around my house.

Ingredients

1 cup pumpkin puree
1 - egg
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 box white cake mix (can use yellow or vanilla also)
1 package chocolate chips

How To Make easy pumpkin chocolate chip cookies

Step 1

preheat oven to 350

Step 2

mix together pumpkin, egg, butter, vanilla, and cinnamon
Step 3

add remaining ingredients and drop onto cookie sheet...bake at 350 for about 10 minutes
Step 4

***optional and delicious step is to add a sprinkle of cinnamon/sugar mix to the top of the cookies before baking
