Ingredients

  • 1 stick
    butter or marg.
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Easy Peanutbutter Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. cream the butter,peanutbutter,and mayo together first,then add the sugars, then stir in the flour and finally the vanilla.
    The dough will be kinda stiff so spoon out a little at a time and place on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper it's easier to slide them off. Then using a fork and a cup of water dip your fork into the water and press into the cookie dough balls until flattened
  2. Place in a preheated 350 degree oven and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown don't over cook they will be hard after cooling.
    Makes about 3 dozen
