How to Make Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. In a bowl stir all ingrediets until combined. Shape into balls useing medium cookie scoop or roll in hands.
  2. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets; flatten with a fork making a cross shape. Oppitional: may sprinkle additional sugar on each cookie.
  3. Bake @350 for 16-18 min.Cool for 5 min.; remove to wire racks.
