These Easy Cookies are a must have at my house. Every year , people look for them. You can definatly say they are now a tradition. They are so easy to make & the kids love to help ! They are also very versatile, as you can pick whatever flavor you want. They are so yummy, simple and very pretty in a gift Basket. Ingredients

1 cup vanilla wafers (crushed)
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups fine coconut
2 packages jello same flavor

How To Make easy christmas sugar plums

Step 1

Mix together all ingredients, EXCEPT, one package off Jello. Mixture will be stiff. Roll mixture into Tablespoon sized balls. ( The mixture may stick to the hands, I just scrape it off with a spoon )

Step 2

Put your extra package of jello in a small bowl. Put your mixture balls into the dry jello and roll them until well coated. Let sit for 10 minutes, eat and enjoy.
Step 3

Can be stored in a cool dry place or refridgerated a week before Christmas. ** I have also finely crushed almonds(about 3 tbls) and mixed it with the mix and/or rolling jello.
