Ingredients

2 cflour

3/4 cbaking cocoa

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

1 1/2 stickbutter, room temperature

4 ozcream cheese, room temperature

2eggs, room temperature

3/4 cdark brown sugar (or light)

1 csugar
-
1 tsppure vanilla extract

1/2 csemi-sweet mini chocloate chips

1 cpeppermint bark, chopped
How to Make Double Chocolate Peppermint Bark Cookies
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a separate bowl, sift flour, cocoa, soda, and salt. Set aside
- Beat sugars, cream cheese and butter together. Add vanilla. Add one egg at a time and beat until fully incorporated before adding second. Gradually add dry ingredient mixture. Beat until fully incorporated. Stir in chocolate chips and peppermint bark
- Place spoonfuls of dough on foil lined cookie sheets and bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool on cookie sheets for a minute then transfer to wire cooling racks. Enjoy!
