dieters low fat double chocolate chip cookies
Since I stopped smoking 2 years ago on April 1st. I have gained a few pounds and "YES" its true food does taste better. So I found a new way of cooking when it comes to watching what I eat. I love my chocolate and this is one way to enjoy with out as much guilt.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unbleached wheat flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup i cant belive its not butter
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetend baking cocoa
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup mini-chocolate chips

Step 1Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl (Do not pack flour when measuring).

Step 2Beat butter, brown sugar with mixer on medium speed until fluffy, gradually beat in flour mix until blended. Stir in chocolate chips.

Step 3Drop 1-inch balls onto baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Back 350F for 10 minutes. Cool on pan for a few minutes then finish cooling on wire rack.
