This is a very healthy recipe for all who want to loose some weight. Light and tasty, very easy to cook!

olive oil, light
vinegar or lemon juice
How To Make
Mix egg, sugar and milk in a deep bowl. Over the bowl add a vinegar to the teaspoon with baking soda. Mix obtained foam in the bowl and add the flour.
Knead a stiff dough. Roll out the dough very thinly. Cut the dough into little circles using a glass.
Put the circles into the oven tray. Poke the circles with a folk several times.
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Place the tray into the oven for a 15 min. Enjoy!
