- 1 - egg
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon fat free milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, light
- 1 cup white flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice
How To Make dietary russian cookies

Step 1Mix egg, sugar and milk in a deep bowl. Over the bowl add a vinegar to the teaspoon with baking soda. Mix obtained foam in the bowl and add the flour.

Step 2Knead a stiff dough. Roll out the dough very thinly. Cut the dough into little circles using a glass.

Step 3Put the circles into the oven tray. Poke the circles with a folk several times.

Step 4Preheat the oven to 350 F. Place the tray into the oven for a 15 min. Enjoy!
