- 1 cup shortening
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 - egg
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- dash salt
- 1 teaspoon flavoring or extract

Step 1Mix, fill cookie press, form cookie on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes.
