We all have our own Chocolate chip cookie recipe and this is my sister Diane McGee's family favorite.

1 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon water
2 - eggs
2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 bottle chocolate chips
- nuts

How To Make diane's chocolate chip cookies

Step 1

Cream together first 6 ingredients. Add additional ingredients and mix. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
