- 1/3 cup apple sauce
- 2 cups oats, quick cooking
- 1/4 cup almond milk or non-fat milk
- 1/2 cup raisins (option)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Step 1Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes.Mix all ingredient in one large bowl.

Step 2When you have a sweet tooth and want stay on track. Here's a nice treat. Sugar is NOT an added ingredient. This be good for a diabetic person.
