How to Make Dark Chocolate Oatmeal Ginger Cookies


  • 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large mixing bowl; mix then sift gluten free flour, protein powder, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, and baking powder together.
  • 2In another mixing bowl melt dark chocolate. Stir in almond oil, almond milk, ginger, vanilla extract, and apple sauce. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the liquid contents and stir.
  • 3Stir in raisins, honey, chopped macadamia nuts, oatmeal, and egg whites. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, place 2 tablespoons serving of the batter in columns or rows. Ensure there is at least two to three inches in between each cookie. Bake for 20 minutes.
