- 1/2 cup of macademia nuts
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 3/4 cup apple sauce
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon almond oil
- 3/4 cup steel cut oatmeal
- 1/2 cup gluten free flour
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 5 ounces finely chopped dark organic chocolate
- 3/4 cup chocolate protein powder
How To Make dark chocolate oatmeal ginger cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large mixing bowl; mix then sift gluten free flour, protein powder, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, and baking powder together.

Step 2In another mixing bowl melt dark chocolate. Stir in almond oil, almond milk, ginger, vanilla extract, and apple sauce. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the liquid contents and stir.

Step 3Stir in raisins, honey, chopped macadamia nuts, oatmeal, and egg whites. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, place 2 tablespoons serving of the batter in columns or rows. Ensure there is at least two to three inches in between each cookie. Bake for 20 minutes.
