Ingredients
- 400 grams butter, room temperature
- 125 milliliters icing sugar
- 125 milliliters custard powder
- 750 milliliters flour
How To Make custard biscuits

Step 1sift dry ingredients into a bowl.

Step 2add butter and kneed well.

Step 3roll into small balls or using a cookie press make biscuit shapes and place into a greased baking tray.

Step 4bake in pre heated oven 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 20 minutes or until light golden brown in colour.
