crinkle top molases cookies
I love the favor of molases it makes me have that feeling of being back home. I dug this out (hadn't made them in quite a while} and made them for a baby shower and my boss took some home for her mom. She raved about them and wanted the recipe. It reminded her of cookies she ate when she was a child.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup shortening { i use crisco }
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 - egg beaten
- 4 tablespoons molasis
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup raisens { i like the golden raisens}
How To Make crinkle top molases cookies

Step 1Cream together shortening, sugar, egg, and molasis

Step 2In separate bowl add salt, baking soda, ginger, cloves, flour, raisens. Mix

Step 3Add dry ingredients to first bowl. Mix. Roll into walnut size balls. Roll in granulated sugar. Place on baking sheet.

Step 4Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. ENJOY!!!!
