Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 6 tablespoons butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups oats, regular
- 1 1/2 cups craisins
How To Make cranberry oatmeal cookies

Step 1Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, beat butter and sugars together until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla. Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add oats and craisins, mix well.

Step 2Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets..I can usually fit 12 on a sheet perfectly without any spreading issues =)

Step 3Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove and place on a cooling rack..Then ENJOY!!
