1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spray a 13 x 9" pan,set aside.
2Combine first 4 ingredients in saucepan,simmer over medium heat 13 min. or until liquid absorbed & mixture is thick. Spoon into blender & process till smooth. Set aside to cook.
3Combine flour, oats & 1/2 cup of brown sugar; cut in butter with pastry blender to resemble coarse meal. Reserve 1 cup mixture, setting aside. Press remaining flour mixture into pan. Spread cranberry mixture over top, sprinkle reserved flour mixture over cranberries.
4Bake 45 minutes till slightly browned on top. Cool in pan. Before cutting into bars, sprinkle powdered sugar over top.
