Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup white chocolate baking chips
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 - lemons, zest of
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh cranberries
- - powdered sugar, for dusting
How To Make cranberry lemon bars

Step 1Preheat oven to 325F. Line 9x9 baking dish with foil, bringing the foil up over two sides of the pan.. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2Sift flour, salt and baking powder. Set aside.

Step 3Melt white chocolate and butter in microwave for 15-30 seconds. Stir until free of lumps.

Step 4In large bowl; mix sugar, lemon juice, zest, white chocolate mixture and eggs.

Step 5Mix in dry ingredients.

Step 6Pour batter into prepared pan. Arrange cranberries evenly into batter.

Step 7Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted and removed clean.

Step 8Allow to cool. Remove foil and bars from pan. Peel away foil then dust with powdered sugar.

Step 9Cut into 9 bars and serve.
