Hubby and I liked these a whole lot. They are different. Fun to make. Should satisfy any sweet tooth. I used all walnuts.

Ingredients

  • - about 55 club crackers (1 & 1/4 sleeves)
  • - 1 cup butter
  • - 1 cup brown sugar
  • - 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • - 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • - 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • - 1/3 cup chopped pecans

How To Make cracker cookies

  • Step 1
    Line baking sheet with foil. Preheat oven to 400. Line pan with crackers.
  • Step 2
    In a medium saucepan over low heat combine butter and sugar until completely melted.
  • Step 3
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 3 minutes. Pour over crackers. Use a spatula to cover evenly over crackers.
  • Step 4
    Bake for 5 minutes. Pour chips over top. After a minute or 2 spread chips over entire pan. Making sure all crackers are covered. Sprinkle nuts over top while chocolate is still warm.
  • Step 5
    Put in fridge for 1 hour. Break into pieces. Store covered in fridge.
