Hubby and I liked these a whole lot. They are different. Fun to make. Should satisfy any sweet tooth. I used all walnuts.

Stove Top


  • ·
    about 55 club crackers (1 & 1/4 sleeves)
  • ·
    1 cup butter
  • ·
    1 cup brown sugar
  • ·
    1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • ·
    1 cup peanut butter chips
  • ·
    1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • ·
    1/3 cup chopped pecans

How to Make Cracker Cookies


  1. Line baking sheet with foil. Preheat oven to 400. Line pan with crackers.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat combine butter and sugar until completely melted.
  3. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 3 minutes. Pour over crackers. Use a spatula to cover evenly over crackers.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes. Pour chips over top. After a minute or 2 spread chips over entire pan. Making sure all crackers are covered. Sprinkle nuts over top while chocolate is still warm.
  5. Put in fridge for 1 hour. Break into pieces. Store covered in fridge.
