Ingredients
- 1-1/3 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar (or substitute)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecan's
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1-1/3 cup gluten free flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make cowboy cookies in a mason jar

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease cookie sheets. In a medium bowl, add dry Ingredient's whisk until well blended.

Step 2In another Bowl mix 1/4 cup water, 2/3 cup melted butter, 2 eggs, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. (It’s supposed to be thick!)

Step 3Shape into walnut-sized balls or scoop with a cookie scoop of your choice of size and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.

Step 4Bake for 11 to 13 minutes. Enjoy!
