Ingredients For cowboy cookies in a mason jar

  • 1-1/3 c
    gluten free rolled oats
  • 1/2 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    white sugar (or substitute)
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecan's
  • 1 c
    semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1-1/3 c
    gluten free flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt

How To Make cowboy cookies in a mason jar

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease cookie sheets. In a medium bowl, add dry Ingredient's whisk until well blended.

    In another Bowl mix 1/4 cup water, 2/3 cup melted butter, 2 eggs, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. (It’s supposed to be thick!)

    Shape into walnut-sized balls or scoop with a cookie scoop of your choice of size and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.

    Bake for 11 to 13 minutes. Enjoy!
