Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter, smooth or chunky
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup brown sugar or sugar substitute
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 cup applesauce, unsweetened
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon, mixed with sugar or sugaar substitute for sprinkling
How To Make cowboy cookie donuts

Step 1Pre heat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2mix well all ingredients except Chocolate chips and Raisins

Step 3add Chocolate chips and Raisins, and stir in gently

Step 4form 2 inch balls and poke a hole with a finger, through the middle of the balls and place them on sprayed (cooking oil) cookie sheet.

Step 5sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.

Step 6bake at 350 degrees, for about 15 minutes till golden brown
