I love quick and easy recipes! This would be great for kids as they can mix it with their hands. I remember as a kid I loved to mix everything with my hands! Very yummy shortbread!

How to Make Country Shortbread Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix butter and sugar with your hands. Again, with your hands, mix in the flour. Make into a ball and chill for 15 minutes. Roll out to 1/3 inch thickness. Cut into two inch circles or any other desire shape. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 minutes.
