- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 8 ounces tub of cool whip light
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter, creamy
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
How To Make cool whip peanut butter cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease baking sheets.

Step 2Beat together the whipped topping and softened peanut butter so that it mixes with the cool whip; beat the eggs and add to the coolwhip. Add the yellow cake mix and continue to mix. Dough will be thick.

Step 3Drop by teaspoonfuls into a bowl of confectioners' sugar and roll to coat. Place cookies on the prepared baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 minutes
